Shawn, on the left, has owned and operated numerous businesses spanning boutique retail to luxury salons. Matthew, on the right, has worked in corporate CX and sales for numerous industries including consumer goods, automotive, and banking. We excitedly bring over 45 years of elite customer experience, entrepreneurial, sales, and management expertise to the table.

Each component brings something unique to the table: Matthew is the biscuits - sturdy, dependable, and foundational - the experience backbone of the business. Shawn is the gravy - flavorful, and dynamic - the creative spark and value-added element that keeps things interesting and appealing.
